Q: What Happens upon Delivery of your Castle?
A: We will deliver and install your castle before your hire
begins. Setting up on a grass space with a power
outlet available within 20 metres. Safety instructions
will be explained to you on arrival.
Q: What are the Payment Terms?
A: Due to our very busy schedule, our drivers are limited
by time. Therefore, the preferred method of payment
is cash on delivery, although cheques and credit card
payments are also accepted.
Q: Are you Insured?
A: Yes you are, all bookings are covered by our Public
Liability Insurance policy at the value of 10 million.
A copy of our Certificate of Currency is available
upon request.
